Tickets are now on sale for the highly anticipated Bat Oar Ball sponsored by Azets, Beaconsfield! This elegant black-tie affair is set to take place in the Queen's Hall on Saturday, 26 April 2025. The evening promises to be a memorable experience, starting at 7pm with a champagne reception sponsored by Hawkinsport, a sumptuous 3-course dinner by renowned caterers Feast, an auction, and music and dancing until carriages at 1am.

This is not only an evening of socialising, dining, and dancing alongside friends, OWs and parents past and present, but also a vital opportunity to contribute to supporting all sixteen sports at the school. RGSHW takes pride in its rich history and tradition of sporting excellence. Sports play a crucial role in the curricular, extra-curricular, and social fabric of the school.

Ticket Information

Tickets are available for purchase on Little Box Office until Friday, 28 March. You can choose from tables of 8, 10, or 12, or opt for individual tickets. If you are purchasing individual tickets as part of a group table booking, please provide the Lead Person's name in the additional information box during booking.
