We are delighted to invite RGSHW Alumni, family and friends to the All Sports Ball and Captains’ Awards on Saturday 7 February 2026.
Join us in the Queen’s Hall from 7pm to 1am for an evening of fine dining, music and dancing! This black-tie event includes a champagne reception, three course dinner by Feast Events, Heads or Tails game, online auction, Diamond Raffle and dancing into the early hours to live music provided by The Black Sheep of Penn. A new addition to the event programme will be the presentation of the Captains’ Awards to Senior Captains across nine different sports. An unmissable moment of pride for the students, their parents and family members alike.
As well as being a fantastic social occasion, the ball raises vital funds which go towards supporting all aspects of sport at RGS. Your support allows us to enhance our sports provision and provide the best possible experiences for all our students during curriculum PE and Games, representational fixtures and recreational activities and clubs.
